1. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) through our secure, encrypted online credit card processing facility. We accept online orders, phone and mail orders. We accept PayPal (very secure), cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks. Personal checks will be held for bank clearance. Please make checks payable to Neon Sign World Ltd.
2. What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging all our products for shipping and we guarantee them in the event that they are damaged during shipment. That is a big guarantee - particularly when you consider that neon signs have glass tubing. Because of the neon tubing being so fragile, we make sure it is packed just right and stand behind our guarantee that the shipment will arrive at the destination as intended. The vast majority of our products are delivered to the customer with absolutely no problem. However, we'll be honest with you. Once in a while a product arrives damaged. What do you do then? You need to contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) for directions at Sales@neonsignworld.com . We reserve the right to remedy this situation with replacement parts or a new unit at our discretion. You must have return authorization from us before returning any products.
3. What kind of a warranty do you carry on your products?
All of our electrical signs carry a one-year warranty on electrical parts. However, this warranty does not extend to damage caused by the purchaser or user. If the damage was not caused by the purchaser, we reserve the right to remedy this situation with replacement parts or a new unit at our discretion. You must have return authorization from us before returning any products.
4. What about limited liability?
And now, a word from our attorneys regarding this policy. In no event shall we be liable for consequential, special, incidental, punitive or contingent damages of any nature. In no event shall we be liable for any interruption of operations, loss of anticipated profits, injury to business or reputation. Our liability is limited to the purchase price only.
5. Are all sales final?
Yes, all sales are final! We will answer any and all questions you have to assure that you get the product that you want. We will give you the size, shape, weight and a picture or drawing of the sign. It is up to you to measure your window and get any permission necessary from your spouse, business partner, or municipality before you order it. Once you purchase it, however, it is yours. All sales are final after credit verification has been approved or payment has been received by us.
6. Do you offer exchanges, returns, or refunds?
No, we do not. Please see our policy #5 regarding all sales being final.
7. What is your policy on shipping?
We are a responsible company that will make every effort to get your product to you as quickly and safely as we can. With that being said, we will usually ship all in-stock items within 3 business days after we receive payment. Shipping usually takes about a week or less depending on the distance being shipped. All shipping rates are based on prices within the continental USA. Any requests for shipping outside of the continental USA require additional shipping charges and special arrangements. Like any company, there are times when we don't have the item in stock. We will build it or back order it and get it to you ASAP. Once the product is shipped, we will e-mail you either UPS or FedEx tracking information with the exact delivery date. Custom signs and out-of-stock signs need to be built. That can take 3 to 4 weeks from the order date until delivery. We get very busy around Christmas and we do our best to get all products to our customers in time for the holidays. However, due to the large demand at this time of year, we can't guarantee it. If time is of the essence, please ask us if we have the item in stock. In summary, we do our best to get your order to you as fast as we can. All products are shipped FOB shipping point. This means that you take ownership of the product when it is shipped. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee in unusual situations.8. I still have a question that you didn't answer.
